Pat Vaughn is a proven fitness professional committed to meeting the growing demands of the fitness community. Pat took over the Pilates studio from Eastern Athletic Club in 2013. She holds a BA in Holistic Nutrition. Her 28 years of experience encompass a broad range of credentials including: pilates mat, reformer, and chair certifications. barre class, certified group exercise instructor, personal trainer, yoga instructor, spin instructor. She is an AFAA CEU provider and an AFAA Examiner.
Dianne Jiranek began her career in fitness over 12 years ago as a personal trainer. She discovered Pilates a few years later. Dianne has a Fitness Specialist degree and holds many certifications in fitness including, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), Silver Sneakers, People with Arthritis can Exercise (PACE) , and TRX. Dianne studied Stott Pilates at Pilates on Fifth and later was introduced to Balanced Body Pilates. She holds certifications in mat, reformer and barre. She is currently teaching mat and reformer classes while she completes her Comprehensive Teacher Training through Polestar Pilates.When Dianne is not sharing her passion for pilates she enjoys running, cycling and spending time with her family and friends.
Maureen has been teaching group exercise classes for more than 30 years. In 1983, she received her first fitness certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Shortly thereafter, she was certified in Personal Training and Weight Training. After developing an interest in Pilates, she completed her training in Mat Work and Pilates Reformer from IXM in 2005.
Kathy Drebotick began her career in fitness over 23 years ago as a group exercise and aerobics instructor. She holds many certifications from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) for exercise instruction including Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Interval and Strength Training and Senior Fitness. Kathy fell in love with the Pilates Method at an exercise convention in NYC and pursued a certification from the Pilates Institute of America (PIA) in 2005 to teach Pilates mat work. She is currently teaching mat and reformer classes while she completes her Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training through the Balanced Body program.
