This class is a strength training class utilizing weights and follows more of a “gym type” workout performing sets of exercises.

Client review about this class:Pat is awesome. Great classes.- Alanna Stang

This class will focus on lengthening and stretching the body. Some poses may be dynamic (moving in and out of the pose) and some poses may be held to get the benefits of both types of stretches.

Great for beginners or those who need more flexibility.

Client Review about this class:This mornings class was a deep stretch format. The exercises felt so good and my whole body appreciated the challenge. -Veronica Oneill

8 week program

March Madness

The eight-week program is about changing your diet and incorporating new healthier habits into your lifestyle. It is not a diet. It is taking what you already do and adapting it to a healthier version.

Here’s how it will work:  I will be emailing everyone the goal for  the week which would include changes to your diet and exercise routine. I will schedule a FaceTime or Zoom chat once every other week on a Wednesday night.  On the alternate weeks, we would all meet for a workout that would include weights, cardio and interval training. You will be given access to a Facebook page, videos and recipes throughout the program.

Program Review:

One of the best decisions I made was taking Pat’s New Habits for a New You  - 8 week Program. I learned how to control and maintain healthy eating habits without feeling overwhelmed.  A true challenge. Pat reminds us how important it is to take care of ourselves and she is always very helpful guiding us through our questions and concerns. The program truly works and I highly recommend this challenge.  The New Habit - 8 week program has changed my life in making better choices.Thank you Pat for your support and guidance. -Lorraine
